On August 18, 2019, Gold Pacific Construction, Inc., served its responses to the Request for Production of Documents by mail. (See Exhibit B to Zakariaie Decl.; see also Reynolds Opp. Decl. ¶ 7.) On October 7, 2019, Plaintiff 632 N Palm Drive, LLC filed a motion to compel Defendant Gold Pacific Construction, Inc. to provide further responses to request for production of documents.
