BACKGROUND
In July 18, 2019, Plaintiff 632 N Palm Drive, LLC served requests for production of documents.
On August 18, 2019, Gold Pacific Construction, Inc., served its responses to the Request for
Production of Documents by mail. (See Exhibit B to Zakariaie Decl.; see also Reynolds Opp.
Decl. ¶ 7.) On October 7, 2019, Plaintiff 632 N Palm Drive, LLC filed a motion to compel
Defendant Gold Pacific Construction, Inc. to provide further responses to request for production
of documents.
