                                19            Defendants/Cross-Complainants GOLD PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION, INC. and
                                20   ADAN PENA and (“GOLD”) respectfully submit the following Objection to the Notice of
                                21   Ruling, (“NOR”) of Plaintiff 632 N PALM DRIVE, LLC (“632,”) and Court’s Order,
                                22   (“Order”) regarding the hearing on 632’s Motions to compel further responses to form
                                23   interrogatories and request for production of documents (“Motions”) held October 30, 2020
                                24   presided by Judge Young. 1
                                25                             I.STATEMENT OF FACTS AND ARGUMENT
                                26            On October 30, 2020, hearing on 632’ Motions were held. Counsel for GOLD raised
