                    22        Zakariaie & Zakariaie, attorneys of record for Plaintiff and Cross-Defendant 632 N Palm Drive,

                    23        LLC and Cross-Defendant Michael Cohan. If called as a witness, I could and would competently

                    24        testify to all facts within my personal knowledge except where stated upon information and

                    25        belief.
