That the petitioner is the successor trustee of the above-titled trust;

That the asset listed in Schedule A attached to the Trust is held in trust under the terms of the

Trust;

That the Trustmaker intended to transfer and assign to the trustee of the Trust all of her rights,
27 title and interest in her residence commonly known as 665 La Paloma Road, El Sobrante, California
28 94803, listed on Schedule A of the Trust;

1 That the following property is confirmed as an asset of EVANS 1998 TRUST DATED
DECEMBER 4, 1998:
The land referred to is situated in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra
Costa, State of California, and is described as follows:
Lot 168, as shown on the Map of Santa Rita Acres, Unit No. 3, filed June 25,
1938, in Book 22 of Maps, Pages 663 and 664, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Contra Costa County.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 68 feet (right angle measurements) thereof as
described in the Deed from Leslie H. Schultz, et ux, to Frank Rose, recorded
September 19, 1960, in Book 3705 of Official Records, Page 316.
