The Court has reviewed the ex parte application and its supporting papers. No opposition was filed. Plaintiffhas filed an ex parte application to advance the hearing date on its motion for protective order, currently set for January 11, 2023, and also to modify this Court's prior orders which granted Defendant's ex parte applications and reserved hearings on shortened time for Defendant's two discovery motions (one of which is related to Plaintiffs motion for protective order) for November 23, 2022. Plaintiff seeks all three motions to be heard on or after November 30, 2022, and a briefmg schedule regarding the same. The Court GRANTS the application in part as follows: (1) the hearing on Plaintiffs motion for protective order shall be advanced to December 1. 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department 53: (2) any opposing papers shall be filed and served by November 16, 2022: (4) any reply papers shall be filed and served by November 22, 2022. All filings shall be made in Department 53. Service shall be electronically or by hand. Additionally, the Court hereby MODIFIES its November 4, 2022 orders on Defendant's ex parte applications (ROA 116, 118) as follows: (1) the hearings on Defendant's two motions shall be continued to December 1, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department 53; (2) any opposing papers shall be filed and served by November 16, 2022; (3) any reply papers shall be filed and served by November 22, 2022.
