19 Title to Trust Assets (“Petition”), and the same having come on for hearing on
20 01/23/2023 before the undersigned Judge of the above-entitled court, from proof

made to the satisfaction of the Court, the Court finds that:

1 Notice of the Petition was provided to all interested parties;

25 3 The following assets held in the name of Janice Duzac or payable to the Estate of

Janice Duzac are assets of the Janice Duzac Revocable Trust dated January 5, 2015, subject to

Janice Duzac’s 100% interest in that real property situated in
the city of South Lake Tahoe, County of El Dorado, State of
California, bearing APN 500-486-030-510, and more
particularly described as follows:
PARCEL No. 1: Lot 1, Block I, Lakeside Park Subdivision, as
said lot and block are shown on the map entitled “First
10 Subdivision of Lakeside Park, El Dorado County, California”,
which map was recorded in the office of the County Recorder

of El Dorado County, State of California on October 5, 1909, in
12 Map Book “A” at page “A”.
13 PARCEL No. 2: Lots number 2 and 3, in Block Numbered I, as
said Lots and Block are shown on the map entitled “First

Subdivision of Lakeside Park, El Dorado County, California”,
15 which map was recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of El Dorado County, State of California on October 5, 1909, in
16 Map Book “A” at page “A”.
