Discussion
On March 2, 2017, Plaintiff Macksound & Macksound, LLP (“Plaintiff”) filed the instant action
for breach of contract against Defendant Karolina Mouingo (“Defendant”). The Complaint was
filed by Plaintiff in pro se. On February 4, 2019, Plaintiff filed the instant noticed motion seeking
to enforce a settlement reached with Defendant. The instant motion to enforce settlement was
also filed by Plaintiff in pro se.
It is black letter law that a corporation cannot represent itself in court. (Clean Air Transport
Systems v. San Mateo County Transit Dist. (1988) 198 Cal.App.3d 576, 578 (citing Merco
