              21          1. I, Jae Soo Kim, declare as follows:
              22          2. I am over the age of 18 and have personal knowledge of the facts declared herein. If called
              23                upon to testify, I could and would do so.
              24          3. I am licensed to practice law in the State of California.
              25          4. On August 15, 2019, Judge Strobel in Department 82 allowed the Plaintiffs to manage
              26                and/or control CHURCH’s properties other than Sunday mornings wherein Defendants
              27                would be allowed to engage in worship services. The court specifically stated that the
              28                Plaintiffs are allowed to have their CCTV and their guards. The court specifically denied
