Dear Justice Freed: We represent plaintiff in the above-refereñced action. Per Your Honor's request during today's telephei1e conference with counsel for the parties, set forth below is the schedule defendants' agreed to in connection with the new sidewalk shed installed in front of property and defendants' protection of the roof of property during Local Law 11 work to be conducted on the façade of plaintiff's property: 1. Plaintiff's proposed roof protection plans are to be submitted to defendants on or before March 13, 2019; 2. Defendants are to complete their review of plaintiff's proposed roof protection plans as soon as possible thereafter; 3. The façade work is to be completed and roof protection removed within four months of approval of roof protection plans; and defendants' 4. Plaintiff's response to the January 2, 2019 report of engineers regarding the new sidewalk shed is to be submitted to defendants on or before February 8, 2019 ifpossible, and on or before February 13, 2019 at the latest.
