THIS ORDER shall govern all cases being litigated as part ofJudicial Council Coérdinated
Proceeding No. 4953, In re Roundup Product Cases (“JCCP 4953”), whether an original
filing,
coordination, or transfer to this Court. Pursuant to California Rules of Court (“CRC”) Rules 3.540 and
3.54l, having considered the written submissions o‘f‘the parties, and good cause
appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
By no later than November 25, 2020, all parties who have not yet participated in settlement
discussions will participate in a settlement process. The JCCP will be continued, and no discovery will
take place during this time. The settlement process will be developed by and agreed to by the JCCP
Plaintiffs’ Liaison counsel and Monsanto, and that process will be communicated
by Plaintiffs’ Liaison
counsel to the plaintiffs’ firms with outstanding claims.
A case management conference will be scheduled for late Novembex, at which time the parties

will apprise the Court of the status of the settlements, and submit to the Court proposals for the
management ofthe cases that remain in the JCCP.
