independent contractor or an employee of the court; (6) To comply with all statutes and rules applicable to official
reporters pro tempore, including the duty to timely prepare transcripts, including those for appeal, in the required
format; (7) To demonstrate the highest standards of ethicality and impartiality in the performance of their duties; (8) To
comply with the court’s requirements as stated in the Administrative Policy Memo OP.06.003, regarding uploading
electronic notes on a timely basis into ACORN; (9) To follow directions from the court, and to be subject to the
jurisdiction of the court to the same extent as an official reporter, and (10) To be available for immediate (within 30
minutes) read-back of notes.
