UPON review of the application for an Order vacating the previous sale conducted on May 10,
2019, directing that the deposit accepted by the Referee at the time of the sale which occurred on May
10, 2019 be returned to the purchaser, extending the time to conduct the sale beyond the time frame
provided by RPAPL § 1351,and for such and other further relief as the court may deem just and proper,
dated November 27, 2019 and filed by Knuckles, Komosinski & Manfro, LLP, counsel for plaintiff, and
after due deliberation regarding the relief sought and as good cause was shown to the satisfaction of the
Court, it is hereby:
ORDERED, that the motion by Plaintiff is hereby granted in its entirety; and it is further
ORDERED, that the previous Foreclosure Sale of the premises located at 168-19 128th Avenue,
Jamaica, NY 11434 which occurred on May 10, 2019 is hereby vacated; and it is further
ORDERED, that the Referee, Ned H. Kassman, Esq. is hereby directed to return the deposit paid
at the time of the Foreclosure Sale conducted on May 10, 2019; and it is further
