21           Based on discussions held at an informal discovery conference with the parties on June 9,

22   2023, the Court modifies the briefing schedule for the July 21 OSC/PI hearing as follows:

23           1           Defendants’ opposition briefs and supporting materials must be filed by July 7 by

24   5 pm Pacific time.

25           2           Plaintiff's reply brief and supporting materials must be filed by July 20 by noon

26   Pacific time.

1           The July 21 OSC/PI hearing will not be moved.    In addition, the Court would prefer in-

 2 || person oral argument on July 21, as opposed to argument by videoconference.        However, the
 3       Court is not insisting on in-person appearances.
 4               IT IS SO ORDERED.
