4. FAILURETO MAKEADJUSTMENTS

had beenmadeon time I also agreenot to hold Lenderresponsiblefor any damagesto me which may resultfromLendersfailure
to makethe adjustmentandto letthe Lender,at its option,applyany excessmonieswhichI mayhavepaidto partialprepaymentof
unpaidPnncipal
6. BORROWER'SRIGHTTO PREPAY
I have the right to make payments of Principal at any time before they are due. A payment of
Principal before it is due is called a "Prepayment". When I make a Prepayment, I will tell the
Lender in writing that i am doing so. The Lender may require that any partiaf Prepayments be
made on the date my regularly scheduled payments are due. If I make a partial Prepayment, there
will be no changes in the due dates or amount of my regularly scheduled payments unless the
Lender agrees to those changes in writing. I may pay deferred interest on this Note at any time
without charge and such payment will not be considered a "Prepayment" of Principal. During the
first 3 years of the loan term if I make one or more Prepayments that, in the aggregate, exceed
$5,000 in any calendar month, I must pay a prepayment charge equal to 2% of the amount such
Prepayments exceed $5,000 in that calendar month. After the first 3 years of the loan term, I may
make a full or partial Prepayment without paying any prepayment charge.

If a lawwhichapphesto this loanandwhichsets maximumloanchargesis finally interpretedso that the interestor otherloan
chargescollectedor to be collectedin connectionwiththis loanexceedthe permittedhmits,then (1)any such loanchargeshall be
reducedby the amountnecessaryto reducethe chargeto the permittedlimit, and (ii) any sums alreadycollectedfrom me which
exceededpermittedlimitswill be refundedto me The Lendermay chooseto makethis refundby reducingthe PnncipalI oweunder

7. BORROWER'SFAILURETO PAYAS REClUIRED
(A) Late Chargesfor OverduePayments
If the Lenderhas not receivedthe full amountof any biweeldypaymentby the end of 18 calendardays after the date it is
due, I will pay a late chargeto the Lender The amountof the chargewill be 5.00 % of my overduepaymentof Pnncipaland
interest I will pay this latechargepromptlybut only onceon eachlatepayment
(B) Default
I will be in defaultif (1)I do not pay the full amountof eachbiweeklypaymentonthe dateit is due, or (ii) I fallto performany of
my promisesor agreementsunderthis Noteor the SecuntyInstrument,or (111) any statementmadem my appheationfor this loan
was matenallyfalseor misleadingor if any statementin my apphcationfor this loanwas matenallyfalseor misleadingby reasonof
my omissionof certainfacts, or (iv) I havemadeany otherstatementto Lenderin connectionwith this loanthat is matenallyfalseor
misleading
(C) Default - Changeto Monthly Payments
If 1failto havesufficientfundsin my depositaccountto makemy biweeklypaymenton the date my biweeklypaymentis due
on two occasionsin any 12 monthpenador four occasionsany time pnorto the MatuntyDateor if a gamishment,attachmentor
seizureis madeof or againstmy depositaccount,then I will be in defaultandLenderwill havea nght, but not a duty, to changemy
loan to one with paymentsdue monthlyinsteadof biweekly If the Lenderchoosesto changemy loan to one with paymentsdue
monthly,Lenderwill providemewithwnttennoticeof the changeat least30 days in advanceof the datethe first monthlypayment
is due This noticewill also specifythe amountof the monthlypaymentandthe datethe first monthlypaymentis due Insuchevent,
