                  Please take notice that, in accordance with Article 31 of the Civil Practice Law and

          Rules, plaintiffs Candace Barasch and Richard Grossman, by and through their attorneys,

         Mazzola Lindstrom LLP, will take the testimony upon oral examination of defendant Lisa Schiff

          on May 31, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the New York City offices of Mazzola Lindstrom

          LLP, 1350 Avenue of the Americas, 2nd Floor, New York, New York, 10019, or at such other

          time and place as agreed to by the parties, and continuing from day-to-day thereafter until

          completed, with respect to all matters relevant to the subject matter involved in this action.

                  The testimony will be recorded by stenograph before a notary public who is neither an

          attorney nor an employee of any attorney for any party or prospective party herein and is not a
