“My name is Javier Perez. My date of birth is March 13, 1986. My mailing address is: 405
Woodland Drive, Pharr Texas 78577, USA. I declare under penalty of pexjury that the following
facts are true.
“In response to the amended summary judgment of Remedy, I never agreed to pay the amount they
are suing me did not execute any charge orders or agree to a price of over $74,000 or any
for. I
amount near this. I never signed any document indicating that I ageed to any such price. The
documents presented to the court by Remedy are altered to show the amount over $74,000.00
Remedy now claims. When I signed them the original amount was indicated. It does not make
senSe that there would be two contracts. Additionally, Remedy claims I signed the second contract
on February 24, 2022. However, Remedy‘s Exhibit “E” is a demand letter from its attorney, Joshua
Mennis. It claims l am in default. However, that demand is dated February 22, 2022, BEFORE I
supposedly executed the second contract for over $74,000.00. It's not possible that I could already
be in default of a contract I had not yet supposedly signed. [t is because the second contract is an
altered document. I did not consent to any alteration.
There has never been a final walkthrough or final inspection by Remedy. At all times in dealing
with Remedy, I was a married man. My wife did not sign the 10/27/21 contract with Remedy
when work started.
