2023 and all the pleadings and proceedings heretofore had herein, and good cause appearing

therefore, let the Defendants Ronald Taddeo and Shore Psychiatric Center, show cause at the

Supreme Court of the State of New York, for the County of Suffolk, at the Courthouse thereof

located at 1 Court St, Riverhead, NY 11901, Room ___, on the ___day of _____, 2023, at 9:30

A.M. in the forenoon of that day or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard, why an Order

should not be made and entered:
           a. Permitting Plaintiff’s Expert to Testify Remotely by Live Video at the Trial of

               this Matter; or

           b. In the alternative, allowing plaintiff’s expert to sit for video testimony outside of

               trial and then presented to the jury during trial as a preservation deposition

           c. In the alternative, adjourning this trial to a date when plaintiff’s expert can travel

               to New York to give in-person testimony;

           d. For such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper under

               the circumstances.

       GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFORE, it is hereby

   ORDERED that answering papers, if any, shall be delivered to the office Martin

Clearwater & Bell LLP on or before __________, and that the parties shall appear before this

Court in room _________, at the Courthouse located at 1 Court St, Riverhead, NY 11901,

Room ___, on the ___day of _____, 2023, in the forenoon of that day or as soon thereafter as

Counsel can be heard for argument of this application; and it is further
