                         20      Los Angeles Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 North Hill Street, Los
                         21      Angeles, CA 90012, Defendants, INTERINSURANCE EXCHANGE OF THE AUTOMOBILE
                         22      CLUB (“Exchange”) and PAUL NOVOA (“Novoa”) [collectively, “Defendants”] Demurrer and
                         23      Motion to Strike Plaintiff NANCY SANDERS’ (“Plaintiff”) First Amended Complaint (“FAC”)
