Cross-Defendant Cody Molica’s (“Molica”) Motion to Quash Service of Summons of
Defendant and Cross-Complainant United States Real Estate Corporation’s (“USREC”) cross-
complaint came on for hearing in the Santa Cruz Superior Court on May 25, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
The Court, having reviewed Molica’s moving and reply papers in support of the Motion to
Quash, and USREC’s opposition papers, being fully advised, and no party having contested the
tentative ruling, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the motion is DENIED. Sufficient evidence is
presented that Cody Molica’s dwelling house or usual place of abode for purposes of substituted
service was 4360 Stony Point Rd. in Santa Rosa, California at the time of service.
