BACKGROUND
On January 16, 2020, Plaintiff Foster Taft (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendant
David West Jr. (“Defendant”). Plaintiff alleges battery and assault arising from an automobile
collision that occurred on May 23, 2019.
On September 4, 2020, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint.
On December 9, 2020, the Court dismissed the action pursuant to Plaintiff’s oral request.
On April 23, 2021, Plaintiff filed a motion to seal records. Plaintiff filed an addendum and
additional papers on May 20, 2021. No opposition has been filed.
