YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the undersigned will call up for hearing before the
Honorable Gary L. Sweet one of the Judges of the above styled Court, in Chambers, at Motion
Calendar on the 26" day of April, 2022 at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the
following:
PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO SET A DATE CERTAIN FOR TRIAL
Movant counsel certifies that a bona fide effort to agree or to narrow the issues on the motion notice herein has been
made with opposing counsel or that because of time considerations, such effort has not yet been possible but will be
made prior to the date of the above hearing. The issues before the court may be heard and resolved by the Court
within five (5) minutes. If you are agreeable for entry of an Order granting relief sought in the motion noticed herein,
please call so the hearing may be avoided.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have personally contacted opposing counsel in an effort to resolve the issue(s), however,
the matter cannot be resolved and a hearing is necessary.
“If you are a person seeking or are required to enter a courthouse facility please be aware of the following
health/safety protocols: Occupants of all Nineteenth Judicial Circuit courthouse facilities, whether vaccinated or
unvaccinated, are recommended and encouraged to utilize face masks while in all areas of the facility. If you would

notify security, or the judge or presiding officer of the court you are attending, that you request a face mask and one
