21 This lawsuit arises out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on December 24, 2019 at
22 approximately 9:45pm, at the intersection of Noeline Avenue and Ventura Blvd in Encino, CA.
23 Plaintiff Casey Hernandez (hereinafter “Casey”) was driving a 2015 Ford Focus owned by
24 Plaintiff Ricardo Hernandez. There was one passenger, Maria De Santiago, inside of Plaintiffs’
25 vehicle. Defendant Jorge Luna Rosario (hereinafter “Rosario”) was driving a 2017 Hyundai
26 Elantra owned by Defendant Keelie Sheridan (hereinafter “Sheridan”) who was also a passenger
27 in said vehicle.
