                                             1.          Plaintiff, SOMPO JAPAN NIPPONKOA INSURANCE INC.

                                 (hereinafter “SOMPO” or “Plaintiff”), is a foreign insurance corporation

                                 authorized to do business in this judicial district with an office and place of
                        23
                                 business at c/o Sompo Japan Insurance Company of America, 777 Third Avenue,
                        24
                                 24th Floor, New York, New York 10017. Plaintiff brings this action on its own
                        25
                                 behalf and of all those having an ownership interest in the cargo described below in

                                 that SOMPO insured the cargo against risk of loss or damage in transit.
