22             I, RICHARD C. O'HARE, declare as follows:
23             1.     I am an attorney at law, duly qualified to practice before all courts of the
24       State of California. I am an attorney at Anderson Ziegler, attorneys for Plaintiff,
25       OLIVIA PIAZZA, in this proceeding. I make this Declaration in opposition to
26       Defendants' /Cross-Complaints' Motion for Interlocutory Judgment. I have personal

 4   mediation. The mediation resulted in a Settlement Agreement, a true and correct copy

 5   of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
