This suit concerns an account that was purchased by PERSOLVE LEGAL GROUP, LLP, 19 the successor in interest to COMP ASS BANK ("Original Creditor") after January I, 2014, and therefore, 20 is subject to California Civil Code section 1788.50, et seq. Pursuant to California Civil Code section 21 1788.58(a)(l) - (9): 22 2. PERSOL VE LEGAL GROUP, LLP is a debt buyer. 23 3. SHANE LEE, an individual, ("Defendant") entered into a written agreement with the 24 Original Creditor, the material terms of which established an account (the "Agreement"). The Original 25 Creditor thereafter advanced funds to Defendant(s), and each of them, pursuant to the terms of said 26 Agreement. Attached hereto as "Exhibit I" and incorporated herein by reference is a true and correct 27 copy of the Agreement. 28 COMPLAINT FOR MONEY
