            21         I, China Walker, declare as follows:

            22                   1. I was a Clinical Support Technician at Dedicato Treatment

            23       Center, Inc. ("Dedicato") in June and July of 2018. I have personal

            24       knowledge of the matters stated herein. If called upon as a

            25       witness, I could and would competently testify to the truth of

            26       these matters under penalty of perjury.

            27                   2. Based on my experience, Dedicato provides men and women

            28       assistance with recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
