Re: Hadnott, William v. Jackson, Connie G.
Case No.: 201847252
Ms. Nunez:
Per my voice mail message, the parties have not been unable to settle this matter despite Plaintiffs’
good faith attempt to do so. At this point, Defendants are no longer in communication with me.
Our last communication was on or about November 14, 2019 when | spoke with Ms. Jackson
regarding the draft settlement agreement.
Ms. Jackson did not express any objections to the terms of the agreement except the amount of
time her relative (i.e., no relation to Plaintiffs) had to vacate the property. Plaintiffs agreed to Ms.
Jackson's request to extend the time that her relative had to vacate the premises, and on November
15, 2019, | emailed Ms. Jackson a revised copy of the agreement. | also followed up with her via
text message and voice mail message to confirm receipt of the revised agreement. However, as of
the date of this letter, | have not heard back from Ms. Jackson. Asa result, Plaintiffs would like to
proceed with trial and request that the case be put back on Judge Gomez's trial docket forthe 1° or
2" week of March.
if you have any questions or need any additional information, please let me know. Thank you.
Sincerely,
~——
