The Court also notes no Answers have been filed by- or defaults entered on- Defendants Ellen K. Gold (Doe 1), and Linda Loi Vo (Doe 2). The Court also notes that Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Stay of Proceedings on 1/6/21 reflecting that Defendant Richard Chhor filed a bankruptcy case on 10/17/18. Plaintiff's and Defendants' counsel represent that the bankruptcy case still pending. On the Court's own motion, the Case Management Conference scheduled for 04/15/2021, and Order to Show Cause Re: Failure to File Proof of Service of Summons and Complaint scheduled for 04/15/2021 are continued to 06/28/21 at 08:30 AM in Department 53 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. The parties and their counsel shall meet and confer no later than 6/18/21 to discuss and determine whether the parties will stipulate to hold mediation with a private mediator and share the costs of the mediation.
