a hearing date to permit counsel to correct the following defects in the petitions:
(1) The medical records, bills and agreements to reduce medical expenses are not attached to the
petitions for Jose and Maria.
(2) The retainer agreement is not attached to the petitions.
(3) Defendants have not been served with the petitions.
(4) The proposed orders for Maria and Jose both state that the gross amount is $6,50000 under
item 6. It appears this figure is missing a decimal. Nevertheless, this should be corrected.
Accordingly, the Court schedules a hearing on this petition for 5/24/2023 at 8:30 a.m. in
Department SS-29. Counsel is ordered to file supplemental documents with the medical records,
bills and reduction agreement for Jose and Maria, serve Defendants, and file new proposed
orders granting the petition for Maria and Jose.
