The court strikes the following portions of the complaint: paragraphs MV-2, (c) and (d) and the words “entrusted, owned” in MV-2f, paragraph 2, line 2. The Court also strikes the reference to Civil Code section 2100 and the fourth paragraph on attachment MC-2f. Plaintiff has 30 days to amend. In the complaint, Plaintiffs allege that they were injured in a motor vehicle accident caused by the negligence of an unnamed driver employed by Defendant Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“LACMTA”).
