McCoy and Laura M. McCoy in favor of 26 GoldenWay Financial, in the original principal sum of $53,065.00 and encumbering the real 27 property located at 44051 Raven Lane, Lancaster, California 93536 (“Property”). The Deed of Trust 28 was recorded in the Official Records of Los Angeles County on October 25, 2007 as Document No. 13034.0015/15698366.1 DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
