20 Petitioner, Joan Kreyssler (“Kreyssler” or “Petitioner”), hereby alleges as follows:
21 1. Respondent, CANYON COUNTRY ENTERPRISES (“CCE”), is, and at all times mentioned
22 herein was, a corporation formed under the laws of the State of California and is qualified to do
23 business and is doing business in the County of Los Angeles, State of California.
24 2. Petitioner is ignorant of the true names and capacities of the parties sued herein as DOES 1
25 through 50, inclusive, and therefore sues them under such fictitious names. When the true names and
26 capacities of these DOE respondents are ascertained by Petitioner, Petitioner will seek leave to amend
27 this Petition to allege such true names and capacities of said fictitiously named respondents.
