Plaintiff filed this action alleging Plaintiff was employed by Defendant as a carpenter worker from 2005 to June 2019. The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was injured on February 26, 2019, while Plaintiff was lifting a large piece of drywall. The complaint further alleges that Plaintiff continued to work, and that Plaintiff could perform the essential job duties with reasonable accommodation. The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated because of Plaintiff’s medical condition. The complaint also alleges that during Plaintiff’s employment, Plaintiff was not paid overtime, given meal or rest periods, or provided accurate itemized wage statements. Minute Order Page 1 of 4
