21 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 1, 2023 at 8:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the
22 matter may be heard in the above-entitled court, located at 9425 Penfield Avenue, Chatsworth, CA
23 91311, Plaintiff will and hereby does move this Court for an order awarding him his reasonable
24 attorney’s fees as provided to him as prevailing party pursuant to the underlying contract.
25 This motion is made pursuant to Code Civ. Proc., § 1033.5, Code Civ. Proc., § 1717, and
26 Code Civ. Proc., § 789.3 on the grounds that Plaintiff was the prevailing party in the above entitled
27 action on the contract claims alleged by Plaintiff, and the contract (Ex. 1) contained a provision
