              20      1. Plaintiff xxxxxx Hsieh (hereinafter” Plaintiff”) is, and at all relevant times was, an adult
              21            female residing in the County of Los Angeles, California.
              22      2. Defendant Ying Tai Tang (hereinafter “Defendant”) at all times mentioned herein was and is
              23            an adult male individual, who Plaintiff is informed and believes, and on that basis alleges,
              24            owns real property in County of Los Angeles, California. Where he regularly travels to
              25            California and make contact with Plaintiff, during the period of time in which the event of
              26            sexual assault, sexual abuse, assault, battery, false imprisonment, trespass, conversion, and
              27            Intentional infliction of emotional distress of Plaintiff xxxxxx Hsieh, alleged herein, took
              28            place.
              20      3. The venue is proper because Los Angeles County is the place where the events occurred.
