NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the
Supreme Court of Nassau County upon the Complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above
named defendants for the foreclosure of a mortgage dated November 25, 2003, executed by Kevin
Valentine and Jamise Valentine to secure the sum of $300,600.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book
25589, Page 385 in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk on December 15, 2003. The mortgage was
subsequently assigned by an assignment executed November 14, 2013 and recorded on December 13,
2013, in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk at Book 39390, Page 906. Said Mortgage was
subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Kevin Valentine and Jamise
Valentine on April 21, 2015 and recorded September 21, 2015 in Book 40724, Page 938 in the Office of
the Nassau County Clerk. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement
executed by Kevin Valentine and Jamise Valentine on August 31, 2017 and recorded October 6, 2017 in
Book 42425, Page 175 in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the mortgaged premises described in such
mortgage(s) affected by the foreclosure action, were, at the time of the commencement of the action, and
at the time of the filing of this Notice, situated in Nassau County, New York, and are described in
"Schedule A - Legal Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
