FINAL JUDGMENT FOR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES AND TAXABLE COSTS AS TO
DEFENDANT, HOOTERS OF PORT CHARLOTTE, INC.
PURSUANT to the Arbitrator’s award rendered in this action on February 3, 2023,
IT IS ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, VENISSA DRIGGERS, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of DAVID B. FLICK, Deceased (whose address is 119 Earnest Street, Port Charlotte, FL
33954), shall recover from Defendant, HOOTERS OF PORT CHARLOTTE, INC. (whose address is 1360
Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33948), the sum of $525,000.00 with costs in the sum of
$16,415.81, making a total of $541,415.81, that shall bear interest at the rate of 6.58% a year, for
which let execution issue.
The Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce payment of the judgment and to hear motions
for equitable distribution on any medical bills or liens.
