DEFAULT JUDGMENT
On this day came on to be heard the Motion for Default Judgment filed by Plaintiff in this
cause came on for consideration by the Court.
After consideration of the pleadings, evidence, and arguments of counsel, the Court finds
that the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED and judgment should be awarded in favor
of Blue Bridge Financial LLC, As Assignee of Nations First Capital, and against ER
Transportation and Efrain Rosas, jointly and severally, as follows:
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff is
awarded judgment against Defendants, ER Transportation, LLC, and Efrain Rosas, jointly and
severally, for damages in the amount of $29,926.46, plus reasonable attorney’s fees in the
amount of $1,554.00, costs of court, prejudgment interest from January 12, 2021 to present in the
amount of $3,050.04, and post-judgment interest at the rate of 5.5 interest per annum on the total
judgment until the judgment is satisfied.
