     WEINTRAUB INSPECTIONS’ CERTIFICATE OF MEDIATON AUTHORITY

       COME NOW, Defendant, WEINTRAUB INSPECTIONS AND ENGINEERING, INC.,

by and through the undersigned counsel, hereby submits their Certificate of Mediation Authority,

pursuant to FLA. R. Civ. P. 1.720.

       1.      Mediation is this matter is scheduled for Thursday, April 28, 2022, beginning at

9:00 AM, to be conducted via Zoom, Devon Coughlan, Esq. as mediator.

       2.      Rocco Cafaro and Andrew Holway will participate via Zoom link as counsel of

record for Defendant, Weintraub Engineering and Inspections, Inc.

       3.      Jerry Weintraub will attend via Zoom link as representative for Weintraub

Engineering and Inspections, Inc. and will have full settlement authority.

       4.      Usha Ramachandran will attend via Zoom link as representative for Weintraub

Engineering and Inspections, Inc.

       5.      Jaclyn Adorno will participate via Zoom link and/or by telephone as her schedule

permits throughout the day. Ms. Adorno is an insurance representative of Allied Insurance and

will have full settlement authority.

       6.      Defendant, Weintraub Engineering and Inspections, Inc., reserves the right to

substitute and identify different individuals in the event it is impossible or impractical for the

above-named person(s) to attend.
