The name and scope of work for the Organization and each architect, engineer, designer, contractor, and subcontractor at any level that performed work at the Subject Property. 3. The names and titles of all employees or representatives of the Organization who had any involvement with the Project, and the job responsibilities of each. 4. The names and titles of all forepersons, supervisors, project managers, or superintendents, involved in the Project. 5. The entities with whom the Organization entered into subcontracts, contracts, or agreements, either written or verbal, in connection with the Project, and the contents of all subcontracts, contracts, or agreements. 6. The sequencing of work at the Project. 7. Requests for information submitted by entities in connection with the Project. 8. Change orders submitted by entities in connection with the Project. 9. Inspections conducted by local government and/or regulatory officials in connection with the Project. 10. Inspections conducted by third party inspectors in connection with the Project. 11. The design of the architectural plans. 12. The building codes, industry standards, and product specifications considered by the Organization, at the time of the work, to be applicable to the Organization and its subcontractors’ scopes of work at the Subject Property. 13. The means, methods, materials, policies, procedures, and personnel used by the Organization and its subcontractors in performing its work on the Subject Property. 14. The means, methods, policies, procedures, and personnel used by the Organization to ensure that its work and its subcontractors’ work complied with applicable building codes, industry standards, and product specifications, including permitting, approvals, requests for information, change orders, direction and supervision, coordination, inspections and scheduling of inspections, and integration of work with other trades. 15. The Organization’s policies and procedures governing the Organization’s conduct in the event the Organization’s personnel observed, noticed, or discovered work by the Organization and/or its subcontractors at the Subject Property that appeared to not conform to applicable building codes, industry standards, or product specifications. 16. The Organization’s policies and procedures governing the Organization’s conduct in the event the Organization’s personnel observed, noticed, or discovered work by another trade at the Subject Property that appeared to not conform to applicable building codes, industry standards, or product specifications. 17. The oversight and/or systems of checks and balances in place to ensure the work performed by Organization’s personnel and/or subcontractors was compliant with applicable building codes, industry standards, or product specifications. 18. The means, methods, policies, procedures, and personnel used by the Organization to ensure that construction complied with permitting, approvals, material selection, requests for information, change orders, direction and supervision, coordination and scheduling of work, inspections and scheduling of inspections, and integration of work with other trades. 19. The permits required for the work performed by the Organization at the Subject Property. 20. The Organization’s communications with design professionals or inspectors regarding the Subject Property. 21. The Organization’s responses to discovery in this action, including the search for documents and information responsive to such responses. 22. The Organization’s policies, practices, procedures, and systems regarding document maintenance and retention for construction projects in Florida. 23. The Organization’s policies, practices, procedures, and systems regarding the maintenance and retention of electronically stored information for construction projects in Florida. 24. The Organization’s document management systems.
