NATURE OF PROCEEDINGS: Case Management Conference

ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following at the conclusion of a judicially supervised Case
Management Conference.

The court reviewed the December 28. 2022 order and stipulation that was signed by the court,
and the minute order denying the stipulation, The court informed the parties that the December
28, 2022 order signed by the court is controlling.

Counsel confirmed that they had received a copy of the signed order regarding scheduling of
pretrial deadlines for the Goetz hearing.

As to whether the Sargon hearings would be remote or in person, the court indicated its
preference for in person Sargon hearings. The parties and the court then discussed whether live
testimony would be allowed.

Plaintiffs motion to sever specific multi plaintiff complaints is under submission.

CMC continued to January 31, 2023 at 10:00 am. Parties may submit a proposed agenda that
outlines
the Sargon arguments by topic.

FURTHER CONFERENCE
Case Management Conference is scheduled for 01/31/2023 at 10:00 AM in Department 21 at
Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
