18           WHEREAS, there was previously scheduled in the above-captioned matter a Case

19 Management Conference, set for Jime 4, 2020;
20           WHEREAS, apparently due to the coronavirus pandemic, the above-captioned Court was

21   closed on June 6,2020 and thus the Case Management Conference was not held;

22           WHEREAS, this Court has not set a further Case Management Conference and there is no
23 trial set in this matter;
24           PLAINTIFF DAVID RIDGE HEREBY REQUESTS that this Court set for hearing a Trial
25 Setting Conference at the earliest practicable time.
