3 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff Ridge's motion is denied.
4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs request for monetary sancfions is denied,
5 and that CHP shall be awarded monetary sanctions against Plaintiff and his counsel jointly and
6 severally, in the amount of Two Thousand, Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,200.00),
7 pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 2023.010, subdivisions (a), (b), (c) and (h), and
8 section 2025.480, subdivision (j).
