He will further opine as to the industry standard for construction of the Property at issue and Ward Brown’s failure to meet same. Mr. French will also testify regarding the appropriate repairs that must be made to remedy the construction deficiencies and damages. Mr. French’s mental impressions and opinions, as well as the basis for these items, are outlined in more detail in his expert report.
