In or about May, 2018, JETCRUZER INTERNATIONAL (hereafter, “JC”) entered into
22
an agreement with SANDY ACOSTA dba CHTNO AIRCRAFT INTERIORS & PAINT
23
(hereafter, “ACOSTA”) whereby ACOSTA would provide labor to re-upholster interior
24
components (seats, headliner, side panels, flooring,) components / structures to be provided by JC
25
with materials to be provided by JC in the JC aircrafi. At the time that JC and ACOSTA began
26
doing business the JC aircrafi was an inoperable shell of an aircraft, consisting of a bare fuselage,
27
cockpit, tail section, and wings. There were no seats, floon'ng, headliners, or any other items
28
inside the fuselage.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE
The project continued until July 2019, when a dispute arose relating to unfulfilled
agreements, and unpaid invoices. ACOSTA alleges that JC failed to pay amounts due for extra
work performed not included in original invoice, and JC alleges that ACOSTA failed to perform as
promised, failed to prepare proper invoices, overcharged, and wrongfully took
property belonging
to JC.
