I. INTRODUCTION

Petitioner IRIDIUM, LLC, a California limited liability company hereby petitions and
20
moves this Court for an order releasing four Mechanic's Liens recorded by Respondents
21
GOLENBERG & CO. CONSTRUCTION, INC. ("Golenberg") and AIR PU MP ENTERPRISES
22
INC. ("Air Pump") against the real property located at 8526 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA
23
90069 (the "Property"). The Petition for release of the Property from the Mechanic's Liens is
24
brought pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code §8480 because Respondents have failed to file suit to foreclose
25
the Mechanic's Liens within 90 days of their recording as required under Cal. Civ. Code § 8460.
26
Finally, Petitioner requests an award of attorney 's fees under Cal. Civ. Code §8488(c) and an
27
award of costs, incurred in having to file and pursue the instant Petition.
