Background
This is an action for negligence arising from a vehicle collision which took place in August
2020.Plaintif Selena McCartney filed her Complaint against Defendants Otto Mihai Tanacs
(erroneously sued as Otto Mihai Tanaes), Uber Technologies, Raiser LLC, and Raiser-CA, LLC
on March 11, 2021.
Defendant Tanacs filed the instant motion to dismiss for delay in prosecution pursuant to Code
Civ. Pro. section 583.410, subd. (a) on August 17, 2022.
