Iam appealing Parking Citation 4551125670 and wed & received on 06/23/2022 and
on December 21,2022 as the Notice of Appeal must be filed within 30 days after mail (Code
Civ. Proc., § 1013). which LADOT refuse the mail of the Hearing Examiner's decision. Per
California Vehicle Code section 40204.
FACT
T Request an Administrative Hearing for Parking Ticket Decisions and information of this
matter to the LA. in writing in person. On November 4, 2022, I called LA Parking
Enforcement and spoke to Operator, who was rude, interrupting me, and then cut me off
and placed me in the black hole of being on hold. After several minutes on hold, realizing
how he was never going to come back on the line. I called again LA Parking Enforcement
Operators are rude, interrupting, and act they are being put out when called with a parking
enforcement violation asked why did not send an Administrative Hearing for Parking
Ticket Decisions and information of this matter the representative on the phone stated that
sent a letter in the mail rehearing notification.
I contested my citation, called back 3 times over months to check in, never received a
response, and yesterday (on December 29, 2022) representative on the phone said that sent
letter on December 21, 20222 and my responsibility. After that day including yesterday on
December 29, 2022. every single day or on every other day I checked mailbox and spoke
mail carrier took Video our conversation a photo journal, call log, and downloading the
home car video security camera footage for when I can show judge or Jury and let them see
the concrete evidence of why the LA Parking Enforcement Bureau is seriously lacking in
their approach to innocent people simply making a call, and doing their job
Iam filing Pre-Payment Waiver request but will not approved for a payment waiver by the
Parking Violations Bureau to proceed to a hearing, the. Hearing Examiner not grant and
will said that the parking penalty must be paid for the hearing to proceed like last time I
am not receiving an expected direct deposit. I am receiving paper checks which are not
showing up the bank account. They denied that claim that not showing the bank account.
On June 23, 2022, at 2:32pm, I parked in a metered space in front of restaurant at the
intersection of 100 Larchmont BL I paid for fifteen minutes before going into the restaurant
bathroom. At 2:35 pm, I returned to my vehicle. Although there should have been more 5 minutes
left on the meter, the meter green, and an officer wrote me a ticket. There were people who asked
