WHEREAS, on February 6, 2023, Plaintiff Alberto J. Safra filed a Complaint (NYSCEF
Doc. No. 2) against Defendants SNBNY Holdings Limited, Carlos Alberto Vieira, Carlos Cesar
Bertaco Bomfim, Simoni Passos Morato, Vicky Safra, Jacob Joseph Safra, and David Joseph Safra
in the above-captioned action; and
WHEREAS, Plaintiff has agreed to extend Defendants’ time to answer, move or otherwise
respond to the Complaint in this action;
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties through
their undersigned counsel, that:
1. Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is authorized to accept service of the Complaint via
email on behalf of Defendants SNBNY Holdings Limited, Carlos Alberto Vieira, Carlos Cesar
Bertaco Bomfim, and Simoni Passos Morato, and agrees that such service is sufficient and proper.
Such service will be deemed effectuated as of the date of this stipulation.

2. Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is authorized to accept service of the Complaint via
email on behalf of Defendants Vicky Safra, Jacob Joseph Safra, and David Joseph Safra, and
agrees that such service is sufficient and proper. Such service will be deemed effectuated as of the
date of this stipulation.
3. Defendants shall have until June 26, 2023 at 11.59 p.m. to answer, move, or
otherwise respond to the Complaint (NYSCEF Doc. No. 2) in the above-captioned action.
4. By entering into this stipulation the parties do not waive or prejudice any other
rights, claims, or defenses they may have, including but not limited to any defense that the Court
lacks personal jurisdiction over one or more of the Defendants.
