                       18                  COMES NOW DEFENDANT, WILLIAM A. SOROKY, incorrectly named herein as

                       19      SOROKY A. WILLIAM ("Answering Defendant"), and in answering Plaintiff's Complaint for

                       20      himself and himself alone, does hereby admit, deny and allege as follows:

                       21                 1.          Answering Defendant, in answer to Plaintiff's unverified Complaint and by virtue of

                       22      Section 431.30(d) of the California Code of Civil Procedure, hereby files a general denial to the

                       23 allegations of the Complaint and, in answering all of the allegations of the Complaint, Answering

                       24      Defendant denies generally and specifically each and every allegation contained in the Complaint.

                       25      Further, Answering Defendant denies generally and specifically that Plaintiff is entitled to any relief

                       26      requested in the Complaint or to any award of costs or attorney's fees, or that Plaintiff has been

                       27      damaged by reason of any action, conduct and/or omission of Answering Defendant.
